35th High School Reunion
The East Allegheny High School Class of 1976 has scheduled their 35th Class Reunion for November 26, 2011 at 6:00 PM at the Comfort Inn on Rodi Road in Penn Hills. $35 per person covers dinner, desserts and a complimentary directory of classmates addresses, phone numbers and email for future contact.
Boys Reading Adventure Club
The Boys Reading Adventure Club, for boys ages 1-3, will be held on Thursday December 16 from 6:30 PM until 8:00 PM at the North Versailles Library, 1401 Greensburg Ave. Each meeting night features a different adventure topic. Evenings include story telling, reading, craft and treat related to that evening's topic.

Holiday Bake Sale And Shopping
Visit a bake sale where you can do holiday shopping. It happens Saturday, November 20 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM at Point Pleasant Retirement Community, 120 Mosside Blvd. in North Versailles. There will be a lot of crafters and vendors along with free gift wrapping. You can also participate in a raffle. There is no admission charge.
East Allegheny Reunion
The EA Class of 1990 20th reunion has been scheduled for 6:00 PM on November 27, 2010 at Banquets Unlimited in North Huntingdon. $52 per person includes appetizers, buffet, open bar, music, tax and gratuity. Click for more information.
Haunted Hills Hayride
The 11th Annual Haunted Hills Hayride and the Valley of Darkness will be open starting on September 24th. The Haunted Hayride is located on Route 48 in North Versailles. See what days and hours they are open or call 412-823-4813.
NRA Personal Protection In The Home
The Pitcarin-Monroeville Sportsmen's Club presents an NRA course covering home protection including responsibilities of home defense. It will be held on two evening, September 14th and 15th starting at 6:00 PM each night in the Combination Building. There is a cost of $85.00 and you must pre-register by September 1.
St. Afterschool
St. Afterschool at St. John's Lutheran Church, 715 Lincoln Highway in North Versailles, provides an after-school program one day a week for children in grades kindergarten through 6th.
The St. Afterschool program runs Mondays for children in grades K-3, and Wednesdays for children in grades 4-6. Programs run from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Currently there is a waiting list. More volunteers are needed in order to admit more children.
Volunteers and staff have Act 33 and Act 34 clearances, complete CPR and First Aid training, and abuse prevention training.
